Good day,

On this site I want to introduce myself.

As you probably know by now, my name is Gerald Mulder and I am (as well) a hobby-photographer.

For me, photography is a hobby, it's not my main source of income. For living I am a Worksmanager with a Dutch dredging company, named Van Oord . Because of that I'm traveling quit a lot all over the world. The last years I was stationed in Great Britain, Scotland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Oman, Sachalin (Russia), Germany, St. Petersburg, Tunis, Port Harcourt (Nigeria), Jordan & Italy.

In the case I'm on leave I live in the Netherlands, in a small town, called Hattem. The most of the time I try to spend with my girlfriend. She is from Poland and therefore some pictures on this website are taken in Poland (Wrocław, Karpacz & Swinoujscie).

Next to photography my hobbies are: Driving a motor-bike (Buell XB9R), my oldtimer (a Opel GT, 1970), diving and just enjoying life.

Most of my work is taken with a Konica Minolta Dynax 7D. Since April 2007 I'm using a Nikon D2Xs, in combination with a Nikon 17-55, a Nikor 70-200 and a Sigma 50-500 mm. Furtheron I have an Excella (250 Watt) flash-set, including softbox and umbrella. In combination with a few backgrounds it's a ideal (mobile) studio.
